Acquisition Support Services
CGI provides acquisition support services to our Federal government clients.
Time and again CGI has been called upon to assist our clients in conducting market research and in developing acquisition and procurement strategies for upcoming opportunities. In addition, CGI support grantees through help lines and procurement sites answering questions related to a specific grant, policy, or newly enacted regulation or law affecting their field of service. Many CGI team members have both government and commercial contracting experience.
Grantee Support
- Create or Update “Best Practices” manuals
- Ensure materials and support is in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Manage Grantee Web support and Hotlines
Acquisition Process Support
- Experts in Federal Government Acquisition Process, contract process and other related protocol
- CMMI Acquisition Model and DAWIA certified staff
- Collaborate with client in preparation, evaluation, negotiation and awarding of contracts
- Develop Performance Work Statements (PWS), Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE), Quality Assurance Security Plans (QASP)
Acquisition Strategic Development
- Develop Acquisition Plan that outlines acquisition services to be completed, methodologies to be used, and schedule for targeted completion
- Collaborate with contract team(s) during revision process
RFP Development
- Assist client in organization and content generation based on elements of RFP
- Conduct RFP Evaluation training seminars
