Coleman’s Integration Support Team for the Army’s Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) provide systems engineering and architecture subject matter expertise and support.  The Team supports the PMO including development of architecture, engineering analysis, design, and engineering plans and processes to achieve the IPPS-A program objectives and meet the associate Defense Acquisition Program requirements.  Our experts are skilled in deploying and sustaining information systems and have extensive experience with PeopleSoft including: HCM, Portal, Talent Management, Time and Labor, eRecruit, ePay, Self Service, and User Experience.

The department’s mission to provide the building blocks that Americans need to live healthy, successful lives is supported by Coleman’s work with several divisions within the Centers for Disease.

We provide program management services to support health services research and national and state-based surveillance systems. Coleman also provides data management, editorial services and publication coordination to market public health messages and provide the interface between applied prevention research and public health practice in disease prevention.

Coleman provides the United States Customs and Immigration Service (USCIS) with an assessment of electronic security systems to support USCIS and its customers in achieving consistent and effective security protection of their facilities, personnel, information and other assets at its centers, institutes, administrations and other organizations throughout the United States. USCIS requires compliant integrated physical security systems utilizing approved access control and identity management processes that comply with HSPD-12 and that support the NIST FIPS 201 standard and accompanying SPs, e.g., SP 800-116.

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is an independent federal agency that helps small businesses in the United States. The administration provides aid, usually in the form of loans, and counseling to assist and protect the interests of small business concerns.

The Coleman Group is helping the Small Business Administration create and launch a Customer Experience Program which will help SBA develop and deploy best practices in launching its Customer Experience Program.

The Food and Drug Administration is responsible for protecting the public health by ensuring the safety, efficacy, and security of human and veterinary drugs, biological products, and medical devices; and by ensuring the safety of our nation’s food supply, cosmetics, and products that emit radiation.

The Coleman Group is helping the Food and Drug Administration by providing quality assurance, administrative support, and computer information technology program support services for the FDA’s Personal Property Management Office (PPMO) and their existing integrated software program that they utilize for Asset Management. The integrated system known as Property Management Information System (PMIS) enables the agency to track all accountable personal property and perform asset management functions.
