Department of Commerce

The department provides effective management and monitoring of our nations resources and assets to support environmental and economic health.

Coleman supports this mission at the U. S. Census Bureau by providing design and development expertise for geographic based data dissemination systems with interactive mapping and visualization to enhance data delivery to the nation. Coleman also provides expertise in Federal Security Protocol including Office of Personnel Management (OPM), Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSDP) for federal employment suitability. For the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Coleman provides facilities construction program management services and security systems design, implementation, and maintenance.

Department of the Navy

The department’s mission is to maintain, train, and equip combat-ready Naval forces.

For the United States Naval Academy, Coleman develops software solutions for enterprise applications, learning management systems, and web content management.

Department of the Army

Coleman’s Integration Support Team for the Army’s Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A) provide systems engineering and architecture subject matter expertise and support.  The Team supports the PMO including development of architecture, engineering analysis, design, and engineering plans and processes to achieve the IPPS-A program objectives and meet the associate Defense Acquisition Program requirements.  Our experts are skilled in deploying and sustaining information systems and have extensive experience with PeopleSoft including: HCM, Portal, Talent Management, Time and Labor, eRecruit, ePay, Self Service, and User Experience.

Department of Health and Human Services

The department’s mission to provide the building blocks that Americans need to live healthy, successful lives is supported by Coleman’s work with several divisions within the Centers for Disease.

We provide program management services to support health services research and national and state-based surveillance systems. Coleman also provides data management, editorial services and publication coordination to market public health messages and provide the interface between applied prevention research and public health practice in disease prevention.

Department of Justice

To aid the department’s mission of ensuring public safety against threats foreign and domestic, Coleman provides highly qualified and experienced telecommunications expertise for the design and implementation of service order processing systems to support the department’s GSA Networx Universal and Enterprise Contracts.

Coleman also provides the department with IT training and help desk support for workstation operating systems, file management, application support, and peripheral and hardware usage.

Department of Transportation

The department serves the country by ensuring fast, safe, efficient, and accessible transportation systems to meet our nation interest.

To fulfill this mission, Coleman provides DOT and its grantees with support for major acquisitions through the development of best practices manuals, grantee training, and responding to individual grantee hotline requests for information.

Department of Homeland Security

The department’s vision to ensure a homeland that is safe, secure, and resilient against terrorism and other hazards.

Coleman provides the United States Customs and Immigration Service (USCIS) with an assessment of electronic security systems to support USCIS and its customers in achieving consistent and effective security protection of their facilities, personnel, information and other assets at its centers, institutes, administrations and other organizations throughout the United States. USCIS requires compliant integrated physical security systems utilizing approved access control and identity management processes that comply with HSPD-12 and that support the NIST FIPS 201 standard and accompanying SPs, e.g., SP 800-116.

Department of Labor

The department is charged with preparing the American workforce for new and better jobs, and ensuring the adequacy of America’s workplaces.

We work closely with the Department of Labor and government agencies and other customers when interpreting and incorporating regulations, standards and guidance to ensure cybersecurity risk is identified, documented and managed up front and on an ongoing basis. Coleman combines deep domain expertise on relevant standards and guidance (e.g., NIST, DIACAP) with practical, hands-on experience when applying this knowledge to the most complex computing environments in the world.

SBA

The Small Business Administration (SBA) is an independent federal agency that helps small businesses in the United States. The administration provides aid, usually in the form of loans, and counseling to assist and protect the interests of small business concerns.

The Coleman Group is helping the Small Business Administration create and launch a Customer Experience Program which will help SBA develop and deploy best practices in launching its Customer Experience Program.

FDA

The Food and Drug Administration is responsible for protecting the public health by ensuring the safety, efficacy, and security of human and veterinary drugs, biological products, and medical devices; and by ensuring the safety of our nation’s food supply, cosmetics, and products that emit radiation.

The Coleman Group is helping the Food and Drug Administration by providing quality assurance, administrative support, and computer information technology program support services for the FDA’s Personal Property Management Office (PPMO) and their existing integrated software program that they utilize for Asset Management. The integrated system known as Property Management Information System (PMIS) enables the agency to track all accountable personal property and perform asset management functions.
